Two luminous skyscrapers with outstanding architecture and design will be built in Tbilisi, Marshal Gelovani Avenue, in the vicinity of m² innovative district “m³ Saburtalo” that will make this district even more outstanding and special.
Architectural solution of m² Highlight is adapted to the requirements and tastes of modern people. It will combine two glass buildings which are 36 and 26 floors, where people who want to live independently, young couples or families, who are attracted by the modern and comfortable environment in high-rise complexes, will be able to get the best offer and live their own lives.
It will be m²’s very first skyscraper. It, as well as m²’s other projects will meet all international standards, including inclusive access, energy efficiency, security and gender considerations.
The project will include open terraces, common workspaces, office and commercial spaces, underground parking, and a complex manager service.
